Asgard’s outdoor metal planters are an excellent addition to any modern garden. As with all Asgard products, our outdoor trough planters are made from heavy-duty galvanised (weatherproof) steel coated in outdoor, (weather-resistant) powder paint, for a durable and long-lasting finish. Featuring a fully welded and dressed high-quality finish, our planters are premium quality planting troughs designed to look amazing in any environment, Our Planters feature feet levelers and a counterbalance tray option for optimum placement and stability even in windy areas.

Planting troughs
All of our planters feature a 150mm deep, galvanised (rust-resistant) internal metal tray with drainage holes for excess water to drain away and help to prevent over-watering. The trays are either 690mm or 890mm wide (depending on the planter model).
Heavy-duty weighted planters:
Inside our planters, you will find space to fit our optional secondary tray, perfect for adding your counterweight (such as stone or sand) keeping your planter steady in even windy weather. Simply add a bag of sand or flagstone to the hidden tray to add a little extra stability for peace of mind.
These Trough Planters are finished with height-leveler feet. 10mm of adjustment lets you fine-tune the placement and allow multiple units to neatly sit next to each other, making our metal planters the perfect way to divide areas in the garden to create pockets of living spaces or divide commercial spaces such as outside bars or restaurant seating areas.
Colour and Style:
With a choice of flat plain or a ribbed design, all of our planters are available in the same great range of colour finishes.
Black Quartz - A contemporary black weatherproof paint with a fine-grain texture.
Copper Quartz - A copper weatherproof paint with a fine grain texture, designed to mimic a Corton orange/rust planter - looks like rust .... but without real rust!
Asgard Leatherette Grey - Match your Asgard planters to your Asgard shed. The same durable finish with a leatherette texture.

Our planters are designed, manufactured, and dispatched from our Yorkshire headquarters, and inspired by the surrounding areas of natural beauty. Made in our West Yorkshire factory from Welsh steel, this environmentally friendly planter is 99% recyclable at the end of its life.
