How To Pay for your Asgard

Payment methods

Asgard offers several secure methods of online payment. Asgard is GEO TRUST SSL certified for secure online payments.

Can I pay for my shed in installments?  Yes, eligible customers may also be offered PayPal’s flexible payment options. See below.

Major Credit / Debit Cards:

Online (Stripe): We accept all major debit and credit cards. You can pay online via our secure payment system (Stripe).

Apple Pay: Apple Pay is available from supported Apple devices.

Google Pay: You can pay for your order through Google Pay on supported devices and browsers.

Amex: Due to high charges, we are unable to accept, American Express.

On Delivery: We do not accept payment on the delivery of goods.  Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received. We do not accept cash payments.

Verbal Telephone Orders: We do not accept verbal payments over the phone. The order should be completed on our website through our checkout process.

You can use PayPal to pay for your Asgard order securely at checkout. Simply select PayPal as your payment method, sign in to your account and choose your preferred linked bank account, debit card, credit card or PayPal balance.

Eligible customers may also be offered one of PayPal’s flexible payment options:

• Pay in 3 – split your purchase into three interest-free payments.
• Pay in 30 Days – make your purchase now and pay the full amount 30 days later.
• PayPal Credit – use a reusable credit facility linked to your PayPal account. Eligible purchases of £99 or more may receive 0% interest for four months.

The payment options available will depend on factors including your eligibility, PayPal account and order value. PayPal will show the options available to you when you check out.

PayPal Pay Later products are subject to status, eligibility and PayPal’s terms and conditions. Please check the full terms and repayment details before completing your purchase.

We use Worldpay to securely process your payments, giving you peace of mind when purchasing from us. Your payment details are handled through Worldpay’s secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment environment, using industry-standard security measures designed to protect your sensitive card information and help prevent fraud. Your card details are processed securely by Worldpay rather than being stored directly by us, helping to keep your payment information safe throughout the transaction.

Payment FAQ

Q: My payment has not been processed, and I did not get a confirmation email back from you.

A: Sometimes things can go wrong. We use PayPal and RBS for payments over the web. These methods offer superb security, but they do sometimes have problems with SPAM filters. If you have had no email back from us within 7 days. Please phone us to check that we have your order on the system. Most of the time, the order has been processed and all is fine, it's just the email has got stuck! 

Q: I have placed my order via the Asgard website. when is the payment taken?

A: Payment for your Order is taken within 48 hours of placing the order online.  If an order is placed late on a Friday afternoon or over a weekend or bank holiday, orders will be processed the next working day.

Q: Do the shed prices include VAT?

A: Yes, all prices on the website include VAT as standard. For a VAT invoice, register as a 'School or Council' at the checkout, or alternatively contact [email protected].

Invoices and Receipts:

Please note that when you have made your payment - your invoice/receipt will be titled Flexiform Business Furniture. This is the holding company for Asgard Secure Steel Storage. This is a normal procedure and will not affect your payment or delivery in any way. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
