Asgard sheds continue to wow and impress world-class cyclists and athletes, with Monica Dew being the latest professional cyclist to opt for an Asgard bike shed. Monica is a retired professional cyclist, currently training to become a British cycling coach. The Annexe Police Approved Shed - Tested by Thieves! Monica Dew got her super secure Asgard bike shed back in 2021, Unfortunately, Monica woke up to a nasty surprise in 2022, - someone tried to steal her bikes! Luckily, Monica’s bikes were kept safe and secure in her Secured by Design (Police) approved Annexe bike shed. "I mean this would be a different story if it wasn't for Asgard keeping my stuff safe!! You ain't getting near my bikes...Evidence right there that Asgard Storage WORKS" - Monica. Asgard loves a good news story, so it's great to hear our bike sheds easily prevented another bike theft. Shortly after the attempted break-in we despatched our shed installation team to examine the damage, replace the doors and fit an additional Yale ground anchor for extra (just in case) security inside the shed. |

Who is Monica Dew? Monica’s love for cycling was multi-generational, with both her parents and grandad taking her to the Manchester velodrome’s ‘Revolution Series’ when she was young. It sparked off an 8 year career in cycling across the UK and Europe, racing for a Women’s Elite Race Teams including ‘Storey Racing’, ‘Boot out Breast Cancer cc’ and ‘Podium Ambition’ alongside cyclists such as Katie Archibald and Neah Evans. In 2020, Monica retired from cycling to pursue a career in coaching, keeping her passion for cycling whilst helping others achieve their best. |

Why did Monica pick the Annexe Bike Shed? Monica had a number one aim when she was looking for bike storage: to keep them safe.
