Asgard Sheds & Paralympian Corrine Hall

Asgard Gold Medal Bike Storage

Storm Ciara, followed by Storm Dennis were no match for team Asgard as they ventured North to install the Access Bike Shed for Paralympic Gold Medalist, Corrine Hall. Shed installers Pete and Stuart worked through rain, wind, hail, and snow to get the all-metal bike shed built!

Asgard was approached by Corrine when she required a storage solution to not only store her bikes, but also ensure they’re safe in her garden.

'A MAHOOSIVE thank you to Asgard for not only supplying me with an incredible shed to keep my bikes safe but also for installing it in the freeeeezing cold.'

Corrine represented Great Britain in the 2016 Rio Paralympics as a sighted pilot for British Cycling Paralympian, Lora Fachie. They won a gold medal at the Summer Olympics in the Women’s Individual Pursuit B. The pair are currently partaking in the Para-Cycling Track World Championships and came fourth in the women’s tandem pursuit.

The Access is an all-metal cycle store locker made from tough, galvanised steel. The Access boasts a gas-assisted lift up lid and double doors, giving you full access into the shed. Additionally, the shed features a tough 5 point locking system, which includes two external shrouded locks and an integral deadbolt locking bar.

The bike shed has an integrated steel base that can be bolted down for extra security. Like all Asgard sheds, the Access has hidden ventilation in the roof eaves which lowers the chances of condensation build up inside your metal shed.

With plenty of room inside, the Access has been designed to store 4 bikes - super safe and dry! Read More>

Corrine is just one of the few Team GB cyclists who own an Asgard shed. You can find their installations and stories on our Team GB page. Watch the installation of Corrine's shed on our YouTube page!
