Asgard Bike Storage Complaint

 

"My bike shed arrived late afternoon thank 2/6/11. With help I erected it quite easily thanks to the instructions. It was better than I was expecting. The quality is excellent and it is very secure. However the following tuesday one of the locks failed to open leaving my cycle outside and vulnerable as all the locking devices were inside. I phoned for assistance for hopeful than expectful but by the following morning an engineer was out removing the jammed padlock. Another set of locks was couriered to be there at the same time. A service I was grateful for but beyond what I was expecting. I thoroughly recommend all aspects of this business. Excellent service. Thank you".
