"I Just thought I would write to you and say a big thanks!! 1st thanks for getting my parcel box to me in such a rush!! I have ordered a soft toy for my daughters birthday (today) it was due for delivery yesterday and I couldn't get home because of the snow!  I was dreading the postman leaving it outside the back door and it getting ruined. But no! He was the 1st delivery person to come since I bought your delivery box. AND he used it!! Look at the snow I have just found when I got back, and inside, all nice and dry is my present.
