Purchased this to replace my 13 year old wooden shed, its now a new 5x11 shed in an awkward area down the side of me house. I had a concrete base put down which helped, you certainly do need a level surface or I would imagine you may have problems putting it together.
Delivery was great, driver very helpful and polite, laid everything out well, all panels are marked with stickers anyway for ease of assembly. Some of the panels are thin in the middle, so care is needed when storing or stacking them so they do not crease.
Instructions were good, everything was there, you will need help to at least get a corner up and secured, its then possible to put the rest together yourself if your tall enough!.
Went together OK, a few stubborn screws, you will need a normal screwdriver as well as power screwdriver due to the angles your working at.
Its a great shed, I had the package which included the floor, I would recommend you at least buy the floor as I cannot imagine it being without it, hooks shelves etc all went in fine.
Its a great shed, you pay for what you get, and this is excellent, looks great and feels secure. Only thing to watch is when you silicone the roof during assembly, I put plenty in (you will need another tube of sealant in addition to the supplied tube) but my roof leaked during the first period of rain, only dripping but still leaked. So I ended up also sealing it from the outside by leaning over the roof on a ladder and sealing it that way, its now watertight!.
I a really pleased with it, plenty of space, well made and best of all, its made in Britain!!

When I first heard about Asgard from a good from of mine, who'd paid over a grand for his shed, I baulked at the idea of paying that much just to store my [much beloved] bikes in. But reading reviews and thinking it over for a along while I took plunge on this shed and do not regret doing so at all. the 5x11 Flexistore shed easily holds two bikes, golf clubs, garden furniture equipment, numerous tool boxes, and a bike travel bag ... with east. Still plenty of room to move around inside. You will need internal lighting fitted as it is rich black at night (so much so you can see the far end when stood at the open door).

Having this shed has freed up space in my new home, which was a long term aim after moving in last year.

A few things regarding the construction: you will need a caulk gun to apply the sealant. There [appears to be] no mention of this in the instructions which delayed our my (friend and I) plan to build to completion in one go, so instead had to build over two 2 1/2 stints over 10 days apart. Also, hardest parts to fit together were first vertical sections (one of the rear corners) and the last roof piece (watch your fingers on this part as I got mine caught). We needed to use the spacers towards the end of the build. May be useful for Asgard to provide a few more of these as we lost some under the shed after my friend got a bit to exuberant pushing them under. Step numbering on printed instructions provided are odd (go from 11, 12 to 25, 26, 27). I have just checked the downloadable version is identical but with correct numbers).

a number of the self tapping screws just not wanting to fit into the pre-drilled hole with out hot of coercion. This was more prevalent along some of the base-to-wall joins the final roof part.

Still need to put a floor in and drill the ground screws in. Not sure if this would have bene better at start of build (suggested by another reviewer) or at end as the instructions suggest,

All in all, very pleased.
Great shed. Loads of space still to fill.

My first Asgard is the Gladiator which has been the best shed I have ever owned.
My second is the Flexistore and great value.
I bought a large Gladiator to secure expensive garden equipment and when my son’s diy car repair kit overflowed the garage, I bought the Flexistore.
This is a cheaper shed,in price ,but inspires as much confidence as the Gladiator because it is tough and secure.
I paid for both sheds to be erected and it was worth every penny.
Asgard builds sheds that do what Asgard say they do.
My Gladiator is 4/5 years old and looks like new. The Flexistore looks as if it will be the same.
Brilliant!

This is my 3rd Asgard shed! A superb, secure, easy to assemble shed. Bought with all the interior extras which I haven't fitted yet as on holiday.
I'd suggest assembling it with the help of a tolerant friend and definitely an electric rechargeable screwdriver!

The only problem I have is my own fault... Its approx 15 inches too long for the available space. Using it without the centre section for now and looking at options. I may even consider cutting a part out of the middle section.
Plan to discuss with Asgard when back in UK in a few days time.

No hesitation in recommending this shed!

I had my Asgard shed delivered and installed in October 2016. I waited four months to leave a review as I wanted to see how it would handle the wet and windy weather we've been having. In short, it's a high quality piece of kit. I can't really fault it, other than noticing some slight condensation inside the shed on cold mornings. Not a big deal for me. A major plus point is not having to treat the exterior. I installed a trellis on mine and intend to grow a Clematis montana over it so that it blends in with the garden.

Great shed , a couple of minor issues Review by Mark

Overall a great shed and I am very pleased. Well made and nice a sturdy.

However there was a problem with an incorrect part being delivered and the installation was poorly organised. Also the tool rail only fits in one location, and that is at the back of the shed. The least useful place for it!

As I say pretty small niggles for a well made and good value shed.

I bought this in a sale, found a discount code. I was a little disappointed at the initial length till delivery, however was brought forward a week, and then a few additional days. Excellent communication throughout. The delivery men were very helpful, efficient, and offered useful advice. The shed was very weighty, was soon put together. Excellent quality and smart looking. Great locking system, very secure! Well worth the money and the weight. With a 10 year warranty, you can't go wrong!

Decided on this shed after many years of treating and re-treating wooden sheds. Replacing the roof felt etc.. I liked the look of this shed and whilst certainly not cheap. When you think of the overall package, such as the ease of ordering, excellent delivery service and build quality. You can only really give 5 stars as a rating. The only issues we had when putting it all together, was with a number of the self tapping screws just not wanting to fit into the pre-drilled holes. I think the trouble caused by these, probably meant that completion took at least an hour longer. But once it is all up it is superb. One piece of advice though. Do ensure the base is both level and secure before putting the shed up. That sorted and a powered screwdriver in hand and you won't be disappointed.

I can only praise everything about this product and the company's sales advisers and delivery team.
The product is well designed and fits together relatively simply. My only slight bugbear is that the self tapping screws (and there are a LOT of them) are flat ended rather than pointed. I am sure this is to make the shed safer in use (no exposed sharp points) but unless your holes are perfectly aligned it can make getting them to bite frustrating at times.
That aside assembly is straight forwards - think giant Meccano and you won't be far wrong. Allow around four hours to build onto a prepared surface. The delivery team brought everything through to the back garden, laying it out logically so it was reasonably easy to identify parts as they were needed rather than having to rummage around a pile of steelwork, which was helpful and made assembly that little bit easier.
We bought the bundle which included the timber floor, shelves and tool rack. The instructions don't take that into account which led to me having to uninstall floor cover strips to position timber floor panels. There was also no instructions to cover the installation of the shelves or rack but a little head scratching sorted that out.
Finally, I was a bit disappointed that the shelves and rack can only be placed in a limited number of locations - a little more flexibility would have been welcome as this led to a compromise when placing free standing racking in the shed.
These observations though should not detract from the quality of the product. The finish is top notch - way better than anything that can be bought at the liked of Argos (I know as I have owned such) and I am confident that it will remain in good order for some years with little or no need for maintenance.
And finally a word about Tracey the advisor (she pops up on the website). Living locally we were able to arrange a visit to the factory showroom and Tracey escorted around and showed us the range, advising us of the pro's and con's before we made our decision. She was welcoming as well as knowledgeable and consequently a credit to Asgard - give that woman a bonus!

If you're wondering why Asgard sheds cost a little more money than the ones from the local DIY barn, here's why; we've just bought 2 of this size shed (5 x 11) but we have also just re-installed a smaller unit from our old house - and it looks as new as the day we bought it other than a little fading. What other shed could you easily and confidently take apart, move, and reconstruct 6 years after you first bought it? That's the value of paying a little more, these are quality products and not flimsy rubbish.

As for this new shed, they were delivered 'in person' not by a courier, and the team brought every single part, without cumbersome packaging, into our garden and exactly were I wanted them. The instructions were clear, and no parts were missing - the new style higher security locks (i6) are great too! No flimsy padlock/hasp and staple, but proper euro profile locks.

The UK manufactured pre-painted metal panel construction is solid, with welded seams where appropriate, and only a small amount of sealant (supplied) is needed for a completely waterproof finish. Construction is fairly easy from the pictorials supplied, although a 2nd pair of hands is useful for the roofing panels and starting off with the first panel - although I used a piece of old wood as a prop for this bit.

Hopefully as you can see the finished result is excellent, and the neighbours thought we'd spent thousands on these 2 sheds!
