Delivery


Please note that Asgard often deliver on large vehicles.  Please advise us of any access restrictions to the delivery address. (narrow roads, restricted access times etc).  If we are not informed of any restrictions we may unable to complete the delivery. You may be charged for redelivery.

What happens when I have placed my order?
 

1.      You will receive an email notification of your order.

2.      We will phone you a few days prior to delivery to confirm you are able to accept delivery.
 

All products will be despatched from our warehouse within 3 weeks of order on our own vehicles.  Each of our products is made to order and manually checked for defects before despatch.  We will only despatch an order when the product has passed our quality control checks. 

Please ensure that when filling in the New Customer form you fill in a correct telephone number.  As part of our service we will phone you a few days prior to delivery to ensure you are able to accept delivery.  Failure to supply us with a contact phone number may delay the despatch of your order.

Orders to Scottish Highlands, some areas of Wales and Offshore locations will incur additional delivery costs, (See postcode list below)

Note: we have our own delivery vehicles and installation teams to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.  Most of our products are sent flat packed giving you the option to build the units yourself (an installation service is available) This reduces transport costs and minimises the environmental impact.
 
We do not deliver overseas - Please contact us if you require overseas delivery.  Orders placed for overseas delivery without notification will not be processed.  Refunding of these payments may be subject to an admin charge.
 
Delivery discounts are applicable to bulk orders.  If you require more than one product (shed/unit) - please contact us for an updated price.

All products undergo a thorough quality control procedure before each panel is individually checked and wrapped with reusable blankets (cutting down on cardboard wastage).   
 

When will the products be delivered?

All products will be despatched from our warehouse within 3 weeks of order (often sooner) on our own vehicles.  Each of our products is made to order and manually checked for defects before despatch.  We will only despatch an order when the product has passed our quality control checks. 
 
Your debit or credit card will not be charged until we have despatched your order (phone orders only).
If ordering online via credit/debit card or PayPal you will be charged instantly.

          

What if my delivery is incorrect or damaged?


Although we do our utmost to ensure your purchase will arrive in perfect condition, there may be an occasion where there are unavoidable problems. If you discover a problem or have an issue with your product or any aspect of our service, in the first instance please speak to the Asgard delivery drivers (who are employed by us), they will do their utmost to resolve the problem on site.  
 

If you find a problem with your purchase after delivery please contact our customer care line 08456 580 730 
within 5 working days of your delivery date or email us.  We will then work with you to resolve any issues.
